Chef Nui's roots began 18 years ago at the famed San Francisco restaurant Ebisu, Ozumo, Bowlfish and Robata Grill and Sushi Bay area restaurant where he crafted his skills as a sushi chef. Chef Nui and his team have incorporated their ideas and poured into intricate sashimi, sushi, and nigiri and opened their restaurants under the name KYU2 sushi in Emeryville and Kaisen Sushi San Francisco.
